1. You are making a booking with the hotel directly
2. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply
3. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in
4. Guests are requested to carry his/her valid identity proof- Aadhaar Card/voter card / driving license / Passport during check-in
5. Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable
6. The property has the right to deny entry if there is any mismatch in identity proof or other issues caused by the guest
7. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; the standard check-in and check-out times of the property need to be adhered to
8. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and a valid visa
9. Extension of stay shall depend on availability, with additional charges
10. Pets are not allowed at the property
11. 0-5 years of age can stay free of cost (no extra Mattress, to be accommodated in the same bed with adults)
12. ​​6 years and above are chargeable as per the extra guest’s charges claimed by the property
13. Retention charge for late cancellation is 1-night stay charge, & Retention charge for no show is 100%
14. No Visitors are allowed in the room
15. Carrying of guns and ammunition is strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation on the spot with no refund
16. Room cleaning time is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the presence/absence of the guest. If room cleaning is not required, please inform to front desk or put a DND card on the door.
17. Management will not be responsible for any kind of missing valuables of guests. Please use the locker kept inside the room or deposit your valuables at the front desk.
18. Please note the standard check-in time of the hotel is 1:00 PM and the standard checkout time is 11:00 AM. We recommend you arrive by the standard timings to ensure your room is ready on arrival.

Cancellation Rules

1.  Free cancellation by 12 AM - 2 days before arrival to avoid a 50% penalty of 1 night charge plus any applicable taxes & fees
2.  Cancellation after 12 AM - 1 day prior to arrival will attract a penalty of 1 night charge plus any applicable taxes & fees
3.  Non-arrival of the guest amounts to a no-show. Retention charges are applicable

Early Check In/ Late Check Out Policy

1.  Early morning and late check-out are always subject to availability and are duly chargeable
2.  Check in before 8:00 AM & check out after 4:00 PM will attract full day charges
3.  Check in between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM & check out between 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM  will attract half-day charges.
4. All early departures would incur one-night room retention unless contracted otherwise.
